Effect of Community Linkage Continuous Nursing on Blood Pressure Level and Compliance Behavior of Patients with Essential Hypertension
Objective To study the effect of community linkage continuous nursing on blood pressure level and compliance behavior of patients with essential hypertension. Methods A total of 62 patients with essential hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given community linkage continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure level, medication compliance score,self-management behavior level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance score of the two groups after intervention was higher than those before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of disease management, cognitive symptom management and daily life behavior management in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.55%,which was higher than 80.65%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community linkage continuous nursing can promote the control of blood pressure level of essential hypertension, improve the treatment compliance and self-management behavior score of patients, promote the implementation of compliance behavior, improve nursing satisfaction, and have definite nursing effect.
