Study on the Effect of Deep Femoral Artery Angioplasty in Severe Lower Limb Ischemia
Critical limb ischemia is a serious stage in the development of peripheral arterial disease. The clinical symptoms are serious, and it has the characteristics of high disability rate and high mortality, which affects the life and health of patients. When the long segment of superficial femoral artery in patients with severe lower limb ischemia is occluded and cannot be opened, deep femoral artery angioplasty can be selected for treatment. This article reviews the clinical symptoms, grading standards, treatment methods, latest research progress of critical limb ischemia, and the anatomical basis and surgical methods of deep femoral artery angioplasty.
