China is the most populous country in the world and the country with the heaviest burden of hepatitis B virus infection in the world.Although the current antiviral drugs can effectively inhibit viral replication,there are also problems such as non-arbitrary discontinuation,long course of treatment,easy drug resistance,and lots of adverse reactions,meanwhile the effect is not ideal in improving the clinical symptoms of patients.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has shown obvious advantages in the treatment of CHB,which to a large extent makes up for the shortcomings of Western medicine treatment alone,and achieves the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.This paper briefly summarizes the latest research in the treatment of CHB in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,hoping to provide new treatment ideas for chronic viral hepatitis B.
