Analysis of Prescription Rules in Ancient Chinese Medicine Literature of Behcet's Disease Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective To analyze the medication rules of Behcet's disease in ancient literature based on data mining technology,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of Behcet's disease.Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of Behcet's disease in the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Classics were retrieved.Frequency analysis,association rule analysis,topological data analysis,cluster analysis and other statistical methods were used to systematically analyze the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine,efficacy classification,taste and meridian tropism,toxicity and non-toxicity.Results A total of 77 effective prescriptions were included in this study,41 high-frequency herbs were excavated.The top five in frequency were coptis chinensis,licorice,lily,jujube and ginger.Efficacy classification was mainly based on heat-clearing medicine and diuretic dampness medicine.The nature and flavor were mainly cold,warm,sweet and bitter;the main meridians were the heart,liver,and spleen;the toxicity of drugs was mainly non-toxic,and the association rule analysis collected 33 strong association rules,18 core Chinese medicines,and 6 cluster combinations.The key prescriptions for treating Behcet's disease by physicians in the past dynasties were summarized as:coptis chinensis,licorice,ginger,jujube,skullcap,angelica,cohosh,cassia twig,Bupleurum,Pinellia,rhino horn,woody,ginseng,antelope horn,betel nut,mutong,peach kernel,red peony.Conclusion The use of data mining technology can preliminarily reveal the prescription rules and academic thoughts of physicians in the past dynasties in treating Behcet's disease.Aiming at the pathogenesis characteristics of Behcet's disease"dampness,heat,poison,blood stasis,and deficiency",the treatment method of"clearing heat and detoxifying,invigorating qi and removing dampness,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation"is used,both inside and outside are taken into consideration,and the treatment effect is remarkable.
