Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots in the field of Du-moxibustion,and to provide a basis for the study of non-drug therapy in China.Methods The literature related to Du-moxibustion research included in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang databases from the establishment of the database to March 26,2023 was retrieved.CiteSpace 6.2.R1 Basic was used to analyze the characteristics of the included literature,such as the number of articles,authors,institutions and key words.Results A total of 652 articles were included,and the number of articles related to Du-moxibustion showed an overall upward trend,showing a rapid growth after 2016.YANG Ji-guo was the author with the largest number of domestic publications,with a total of 25 articles.The largest cooperation team was a team of YANG Ji-guo,LIU Yuan-xiang and PANG Ya-zheng,and the cooperation between the teams was close.The institution with the largest number of domestic publications was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,but the institutions were relatively independent and lack of cooperation.The clinical application and curative effect observation of Governor Vessel moxibustion were the current research hotspots,and there were few studies on the mechanism of action.Conclusion Researchers are paying more and more attention to Du-moxibustion.At present,they mainly focus on clinical application,with less exploration of the mechanism of action,and less cooperation between researchers and research institutions.In the later stage,it is necessary to strengthen cross-institutional,cross-regional and interdisciplinary cooperation and exchanges to promote the sustainable development of Du-moxibustion.
