摘要
随着医改工作的纵深推进,公立医院的运营模式在发生变化,以管理促效益已成必然.本文以某三甲医院为依托,采用实地调研、重点访谈、符合性测试以及专家咨询等方法,将该院在精细化运营管理过程中所作的各项改革和实践效果进行梳理与评价,旨在探究信息化条件下医院精细化运营管理的路径,以优化医院运营模式,提升医院核心竞争力,助推医院高质量发展,为同行业医疗机构提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
With the deepening progression of medical reforms,the operation model of public hospitals is undergoing changes,and seeking efficiency through management has become inevitable.This paper uses a certain tertiary hospital as a foundation,adopting methods such as on-site research,key interviews,compliance testing,and expert consultation.It sorts through and evaluates the various reforms and practical effects that this hospital has made during the process of refined operation management,aiming to explore the path of refined operation management of hospitals under the condition of informatization.This exploration seeks to optimize the hospital's operation model,enhance the hospital's core competitiveness,promote high-quality development of the hospital,and provide reference and learning opportunities for medical institutions in the same industry.
