静脉药物全流程信息化管理的研究与应用

摘要
静脉用药安全是医疗安全的基础,静脉药物的闭环管理也是医院信息管理的重要一环.本文通过信息化技术,实现静脉药物从PIVAS到临床科室各个流程节点的信息记录,包含开立医嘱、处方审核、领药审核、药品贴签、排药、打包、物流配送、病区接收、药品执行等,建立起静脉药物的闭环管理架构,实现了静脉药物的信息监管,提高了静脉药物调配及临床使用的及时性和准确性,减少了药物不良事件的发生,也推进了临床静脉药物的合理使用.
Abstract
The safety of intravenous medication is the foundation of medical safety,and the closed-loop management of intravenous medication is also an important part of hospital information management.Through information technology,information recording of intravenous medication from PIVAS to various process nodes in clinical departments is achieved,including issuing medical orders,prescription review,receiving drug review,drug labeling,medication arrangement,packaging,logistics distribution,ward reception,drug execution,etc.,establishing a closed-loop management architecture for intravenous medication,we have achieved information supervision of intravenous drugs,improved the timeliness and accuracy of intravenous drug formulation and clinical use,reduced the occurrence of adverse drug events,and promoted the rational use of intravenous drugs in clinical practice.
