Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Limb Rehabilitation Exercise Nursing on Psychological State and Postoperative Complications of Patients After Cardiovascular Intervention
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing on psychological state and postoperative complications of patients after cardiovascular intervention.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group(50 patients)and observation group(50 patients)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing.The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score],cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)],incidence of postoperative complications,incidence of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCE),Barthel index of self-care ability assessment,and health survey summary(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05);LVEF and LVEDV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVESV was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was 6.00％,which was lower than 18.00％in the control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of MACCE in the observation group was 2.00％,which was lower than 10.00％in the control group(P＜0.05);the Barthel index and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing combined with limb rehabilitation exercise nursing can improve the psychological state of patients after cardiovascular intervention,promote the recovery of cardiac function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and MACCE,and is conducive to the improvement of patients'living ability and quality of life.
