Effect of Behavioral Stage Transition Theory Combined with Free Position Nursing on Pain and Sense of Control in Parturients with Spontaneous Delivery
Objective To study the effect of behavioral stage transition theory combined with free position nursing on pain and sense of control in parturients. Methods From January 2019 to June 2022,62 parturients with natural delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 31 parturients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given behavioral stage transition theory combined with free position nursing. The second stage of labor time, intrapartum bleeding volume, delivery control score, delivery outcome, vaginal incision healing, pain grading and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results The second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the amount of bleeding during labor was less than that in the control group, and the score of childbirth control was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal lateral incision and perineal laceration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of grade A in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and wound healing rate of grade B and grade C were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of pain grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grades Ⅱ and Ⅲ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Behavioral stage transition theory combined with free position nursing has a positive effect on maternal pain and sense of control.Meanwhile,it can reduce maternal pain, promote the progress of the second stage of labor, reduce the amount of bleeding during labor, improve the sense of delivery control, reduce the rate of vaginal lateral incision and perineal injury, and improve the neonatal Apgar score, which is worthy of clinical application.
