Effect of Predictive Nursing Service and Health Education on the Recovery and Prognosis of Patients with Bone Tuberculosis
Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing service and health education on the recovery and prognosis of patients with bone tuberculosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with bone tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing service and health education on the basis of the control group.The disease health knowledge level,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease cognition,taboo matters,treatment knowledge and nursing knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and self-efficacy in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%,which was higher than 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing service and health education have a positive impact on the recovery and prognosis of patients with bone tuberculosis,which can improve the health knowledge level of patients,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
