摘要
目的 观察预见性护理服务及健康教育对骨结核患者恢复及预后的影响.方法 选取2020年2月-2023年2月我院诊治的68例骨结核患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34).对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理服务及健康教育,比较两组疾病健康知识水平、生活质量、护理满意度以及自我效能.结果 观察组疾病认知、禁忌事项、治疗知识、护理知识评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组护理后生活质量评分、自我效能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.06％,高于对照组的82.35％(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理服务及健康教育对骨结核患者恢复及预后具有积极的影响,可提升患者疾病健康知识水平,提高患者自我效能,改善生活质量,且患者对护理满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing service and health education on the recovery and prognosis of patients with bone tuberculosis.Methods A total of 68 patients with bone tuberculosis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing service and health education on the basis of the control group.The disease health knowledge level,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease cognition,taboo matters,treatment knowledge and nursing knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life and self-efficacy in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06％,which was higher than 82.35％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing service and health education have a positive impact on the recovery and prognosis of patients with bone tuberculosis,which can improve the health knowledge level of patients,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life,and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
