Research Status of Intestinal Characteristic Microbial Flora in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality in the world. It is urgent to find characteristic diagnostic markers and carry out early intervention and treatment.Previous studies have shown that intestinal microflora is closely related to the occurrence and development of CRC.Through the sequencing analysis of the metagenome or 16S rRNA of intestinal microflora,CRC-related intestinal characteristic microflora is identified, and its abundance and composition changes are expected to be used as potential CRC diagnostic markers. This article reviews the characteristics of intestinal flora changes in colorectal cancer, detection methods and their role as biomarkers in the diagnosis, progression, staging, treatment and prognosis of CRC,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRC.
