摘要
阿比多尔(ARB)具有广泛的抗病毒作用,被各大指南推荐用于甲型、乙型流感的治疗.本文回顾了ARB抗病毒作用机理、药物代谢动力学、生物等效性以及在抑制流感病毒、严重急性呼吸综合征病毒、中东呼吸综合征病毒、埃博拉病毒的临床研究现状,然后对ARB相关药物不良反应(ADR)防范及ARB超药品说明书用药的医学伦理进行了分析,以期为后续临床研究和应用提供参考.
Abstract
Abidorel(ARB)has a wide range of antiviral effects and is recommended for the treatment of influenza A and B by major guidelines.In this paper,the antiviral mechanism,pharmacokinetics,bioequivalence of ARB and its clinical research status in inhibiting influenza virus,severe acute respiratory syndrome virus,Middle East respiratory syndrome virus and Ebola virus are reviewed.Then,the prevention of ARB-related adverse drug reactions(ADR)and the medical ethics of ARB drug instructions are analyzed in order to provide reference for subsequent clinical research and application.
