Visualization Analysis of Domestic Intravenous Therapy and Nursing Research Based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of intravenous therapy and nursing,and to provide direction and reference for nursing staff to carry out related research on intravenous therapy nursing.Methods Chinese journal articles with the keywords of"intravenous therapy/infusion therapy/vascular access"and"nursing"in CNKI database from 2010 to 2022 were retrieved,and CiteSpace visualization software was used for bibliometrics and cluster analysis.Results A total of 2095 articles related to intravenous therapy and nursing were retrieved,and the number of articles showed a steady upward trend.The top three authors were ZHANG Min(8 articles),CHEN Li-fen(7 articles),LI Xu-ying(6 articles)and NIE Lei-xia(6 articles).The top three institutions were West China Hospital of Sichuan University(24 articles),Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology(16 articles),and General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University(14 articles).Keyword co-occurrence analysis found that the research hotspots focused on nursing quality,specialist nurses,infusion tools and so on.The cluster analysis found that 6 meaningful clusters were formed,including intravenous infusion therapy,full-time nurses,nursing management,venipuncture,outpatient infusion and central venous catheter.Conclusion At present,the number of intravenous therapy and nursing research has increased steadily,and the research hotspots focus on new research fields such as intravenous therapy specialist nurses and intravenous therapy quality evaluation.Combining domestic and foreign research to explore the"venous group"and"multidisciplinary venous treatment team"are the focus of future research.
