目的 研究中医综合护理联合快速康复护理对卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者疼痛和胃肠功能的影响.方法 选取2020年1月-2022年4月于进贤县中医院行腹腔镜手术治疗的50例卵巢囊肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例).对照组给予中医综合护理联合常规护理,观察组应用中医综合护理联合快速康复护理,比较两组术后疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、胃肠功能恢复情况(肠鸣音恢复时间、术后排气时间、术后排便时间)、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、并发症发生情况.结果 两组术后24 h VAS评分低于麻醉清醒后30 min,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、术后排气时间、术后排便时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05);两组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中医综合护理联合快速康复护理可有效缓解卵巢囊肿腹腔镜手术患者的疼痛程度,促进其胃肠道功能恢复,改善负性情绪,降低术后并发症发生风险.
Effect of Comprehensive Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Pain and Gastrointestinal Function in Patients with Ovarian Cyst Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing on pain and gastrointestinal function in patients with ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients with ovarian cysts who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Jinxian County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group(25 patients)and observation group(25 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],gastrointestinal function recovery(bowel sound recovery time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative defecation time),negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the two groups at 24 h after operation was lower than that at 30 min after anesthesia,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,postoperative exhaust time and postoperative defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients with ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic surgery,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve negative emotions,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
