Correlation Analysis Between CT-FFR Based on Artificial Intelligence and Coronary Artery Stenosis Characteristics
Objective To investigate the relationship between conventional coronary plaque parameters and CT-fractional flow reserve(CT-FFR).Methods From January to December 2021,coronary CT angiography(CCTA)was performed in the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang, and 144 patients with coronary angiography were performed within one month.CT-FFR was used as the evaluation standard of whether hemodynamics was abnormal.According to the CT-FFR value,CT-FFR>0.8 was set as CT-FFR negative group, and CT-FFR ≤0.8 was set as CT-FFR positive group. The relationship between CT-FFR positive and CT-FFR negative patients in coronary artery characteristics was analyzed. Results The calcification score of CT-FFR positive group was higher than that of CT-FFR negative group, and the lesion length of CT-FFR positive group was longer than that of CT-FFR negative group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the degree of stenosis between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in CT-FFR value between diffuse lesions and non-diffuse lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary artery stenosis, lesion length and calcification score are important factors affecting coronary hemodynamic abnormalities in patients with coronary heart disease.
