Mass Spectrometry Analysis of Protein Composition of Exosomes from Mouse Neuroblastoma Cells
Objective To understand the proteins composition of exosomes and the functions of the proteome. Methods The exosomes of mouse neuroblastoma cells were obtained by ultracentrifugation, and the protein components of exosomes were analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Through online database analysis, the function of exosome protein was predicted. Results A total of 951 proteins were identified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The proteins identified by GO functional clustering analysis were related to 28 biological processes,19 cell compositions, and 19 molecular functions. There were 89 pathways in KEGG pathway analysis. Conclusion Exosomes can be obtained by ultracentrifuge.Proteomic analysis of exosomes is helpful to understand the function of exosomes. It will provide a reference for the clinical application of exosomes.
