Application of Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Pathway in Patients with Liver Disease
Objective To study the application effect of auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in patients with liver disease. Methods A total of 64 patients with liver disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway intervention. The clinical symptoms(rib pain, abdominal distension, jaundice, anorexia)scores, liver function indexes[serum total bilirubin(TBiL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of rib pain, abdominal distension, jaundice and anorexia in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).TBiL,AST and ALT in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function, physical function, social function and material life status in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of the control group(81.25%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway is effective in the nursing of patients with liver disease, which can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve liver function and improve their quality of life. The application is effective and feasible.
