Effect of Staged Continuous Nursing Intervention on Improving the Self-care Ability of Arteriovenous Fistula in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To study the effect of staged continuous nursing intervention on improving the self-care ability of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 86 hemodialysis patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with staged continuous nursing intervention. The average fistula use time, fistula maturation rate,self-care ability, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The average use time of internal fistula in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the maturation rate of internal fistula was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of self-care ability(self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept,disease health knowledge)in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.30%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged continuous nursing intervention can improve the self-care ability of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients, prolong the use time of arteriovenous fistula, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and improve the maturity rate of arteriovenous fistula.
