Transcriptomic Study of AIDS Complicated with Hepatitis C Infection
AIDS and hepatitis C are two common infectious diseases with the same route of transmission, which can be infected through blood, sexual contact,mother-to-child vertical transmission and so on.AIDS combined with hepatitis C infection can aggravate liver damage, lead to the increase of the possibility of developing into chronic infection, and seriously endanger human health and life safety. At present, the mechanism of hepatitis C and co-infection with AIDS in the human body is not clear. Therefore, this paper summarizes the related contents of peripheral blood transcriptomics in patients with AIDS and co-infection with hepatitis C.By exploring the related immune pathways and gene expression differences,it provides new ideas for the interaction between AIDS,hepatitis C and host, pathogenic mechanism and new drug development, and provides important theoretical significance and clinical application value for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of AIDS and hepatitis C.
