摘要
布鲁氏杆菌病简称布病,农牧业发达的北方是其高发地区.该病的治疗在国内外都有一个相对成熟的方案,但部分患者的治疗效果仍不理想,早发现、早治疗对布病患者预后有重要意义.布鲁氏杆菌可感染多系统,除骨骼、脊柱、神经系统外,还可造成肝脏、心血管、双眼等感染,临床表现复杂多样.本文对布鲁氏杆菌种类及结构,常见感染部位及机制进行了综述.
Abstract
Brucellosis is referred to as brucellosis.The northern region is a high incidence area of brucellosis due to the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.The treatment of the disease has a relatively mature program at home and abroad,but the treatment effect of some patients is still not ideal.Early detection and early treatment are of great significance to the prognosis of brucellosis patients.Brucella can infect multiple systems.In addition to bone,spine and nervous system,it can also cause liver,cardiovascular,binocular and other infections.The clinical manifestations are complex and diverse.In this paper,the species and structure of Brucella,common infection sites and mechanisms is reviewed.
