基于SOA架构的住院医师规范化培训信息平台建设与实践

摘要
针对住培医师常规化工作繁忙,工学矛盾突出;日常带教较少,临床经验不足;住培医师工作态度松懈,医学知识基础薄弱等问题,本文分析了住院医师规范化培训信息平台的开发需求和基本功能,自主设计开发了住院医师规范化培训信息平台,实现了医生教学账号管理、医嘱录入教学使用、上级医师医嘱审核等功能,该平台能够对住培医师的医嘱教学、专业技能、理论考核以及临床工作量实现统一管理,为住培医师的规范化培训提供坚实的信息支撑.
Abstract
In view of the busy routine work of resident physicians,the contradiction between work and study is prominent,less daily teaching,lack of clinical experience,this paper analyzes the development needs and basic functions of the standardized training information platform for resident doctors,and independently designs and develops the standardized training information platform for resident doctors,which realizes the functions of doctor teaching account management,doctor order entry and teaching use,and higher-level doctor order review.The platform can realize the unified management of doctor's order teaching,professional skills,theoretical assessment and clinical workload,and provide solid information support for the standardized training of resident doctors.
