基于Unity3D的腰椎虚拟系统的设计与实现

本文针对腰椎间盘突出症腰椎形态变化构建了虚拟腰椎展示系统用以科普腰椎间盘突出症成因.参照脊柱及腰椎间盘突出症病变结构的多角度平面视图,利用三维建模软件Maya建立了脊柱及腰椎间盘突出症病变结构模型,制作逼真的脊柱及腰椎间盘突出症病变结构材质.使用Unity3D平台搭建虚拟系统模拟真实展示环境,并以HoloLens头显和PC端平台两种方式进行展示,可以实现实时的视觉和触觉交互,模拟人工拆卸模型、观察脊柱形变过程,为用户提供一种更加逼真、安全、灵活的科普体验,为腰椎间盘突出病变的成因知识的普及提供了新的途径.
Design and Implementation of Lumbar Virtual System Based on Unity3D
In this paper,a virtual lumbar display system was constructed for the morphological changes of lumbar disc herniation to popularize the causes of lumbar disc herniation.Referring to the multi-angle plane view of the pathological structure of the spine and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,the structural model of the spine and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was established by using the three-dimensional modeling software Maya,and the realistic structural material of the spine and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was made.We use Unity3 D platform to build a virtual system to simulate the real display environment,and display it in two ways:HoloLens head display and PC terminal platform.It can realize real-time visual and tactile interaction,simulate artificial disassembly model and observe the process of spinal deformation.It provides users with a more realistic,safe and flexible popular science experience,and provides a new way for the popularization of the knowledge of the causes of lumbar disc herniation.
