Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of SA A,IL-6,C3 and C4 in SLE Patients
Objective To investigate the correlation and risk factors of SAA,IL-6,C3 and C4 in patients with SLE.Methods From October 2020 to May 2023,110 patients with SLE inthe First People's Hospital of Yulin and 80 healthy people in the same period were selected as the research objects. The levels of SAA,IL-6,C3 and C4 in the two groups were compared,as well as the diagnostic value of index detection. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of SAA,IL-6 in the SLE group were increased, while the levels of C3 and C4 in the SLE group were decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of C3 was the largest(AUC=0.916).The AUC of SAA+IL-6 was the largest(AUC=0.920).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that SAA and IL-6 were risk factors for SLE patients, while C3 was a protective factor for SLE patients.Spearman correlation analysis showed that SAA was positively correlated with IL-6,SAA and IL-6 were negatively correlated with C3 and C4,respectively.Conclusion The combination of SAA,IL-6,C3,C4 detection and comprehensive evaluation of the correlation has important reference value for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of SLE.
