摘要
目的 探讨血脂、血糖联合肝功能检测在非酒精性脂肪肝中的诊断作用.方法 选择2020年8月-2023年7月本院诊断的非酒精性脂肪肝患者30例作为研究组,另选取同期体检的健康人30名作为对照组,比较两组血糖(FBG)、血脂(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)与肝功能(ALT、AST、GGT)指标检测结果.结果 研究组FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C水平高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组ALT、AST、GGT水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 非酒精性脂肪肝患者血糖、血脂与肝功能指标与健康者有差异,可将其作为非酒精性脂肪肝的有效指标并为临床诊断提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of blood lipid,blood glucose combined with liver function test in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods A total of 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosed in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The results of blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of FBG,TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose,blood lipid and liver function indexes of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are different from those of healthy people,which can be used as an effective index of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.
