Diagnostic Role of Blood Lipids,Blood Glucose and Liver Function Tests in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of blood lipid, blood glucose combined with liver function test in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods A total of 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease diagnosed in our hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study group, and 30 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The results of blood glucose(FBG),blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of FBG,TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of HDL-C was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST and GGT in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood glucose, blood lipid and liver function indexes of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease are different from those of healthy people, which can be used as an effective index of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and provide reference for clinical diagnosis.
