Effect of Prospective Active Nursing Mode on Wound Repair and Functional Recovery in Patients with Open Fracture of the Extremities and Skin and Soft Tissue Defect
Objective To observe the effect of prospective active nursing mode on wound repair and functional recovery in patients with open fracture of the extremities and skin and soft tissue defect. Methods A total of 66 patients with open fractures of the extremities and skin and soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with prospective active nursing mode on the basis of the control group. The wound healing time, hospitalization time, excellent and good rate of wound healing, complication rate, nursing satisfaction and self-care ability were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the observation group was 90.91%,which was higher than 75.76%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.10%,which was lower than 21.21%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective active nursing mode can promote wound repair in patients with open fracture of the extremities and skin and soft tissue defects, shorten healing and hospitalization time, improve the excellent and good rate of healing, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and promote the recovery of limb function in patients.
