Effect of Predictive Nursing Combined with High Quality Nursing on Risk Factors and Nursing Effect of Patients with Pulmonary Embolism
Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing combined with high quality nursing on risk factors and nursing effect of patients with pulmonary embolism. Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary embolism admitted to Tianjin Chest Hospital from January 1 to July 31,2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing combined with high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The hospitalization days, chest pain score, nursing satisfaction score, risk factors and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The chest pain score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health education, therapeutic nursing, service attitude and psychological nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk factors of deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins of lower extremities, atrial fibrillation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing combined with high quality nursing can improve the nursing effect of patients with pulmonary embolism, shorten hospitalization time, reduce chest pain score, improve nursing satisfaction score, prevent high risk factors, and improve treatment compliance. It is a feasible and effective nursing program.
