摘要
近年来,高血压的发病率逐年上升,而目前高血压病的致病机理并不十分明确,相关研究猜测可能与地域环境、性别、年龄、饮食模式等环境因素以及遗传背景相关,随着生物学技术及统计学的发展,对遗传方面的研究分析变得越来越容易,因此很多研究人员把关注力投放在遗传背景的研究上.本文将基于近年来有关原发性高血压危险因素及防治的研究进行系统综述,以期为该疾病的防治提供支持.
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of hypertension has increased year by year,and the pathogenesis of hypertension is not very clear.Relevant studies have speculated that it may be related to environmental factors such as geographical environment,gender,age,dietary patterns,and genetic background.With the development of biological technology and statistics,the analysis of genetic research is becoming easier and easier,so many researchers focus on the study of genetic background.This article will systematically review the research on the risk factors and prevention of essential hypertension in recent years,in order to provide support for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
