Bibliometric Analysis the Study of Polydatin in China
Objective To explore the research status and development trend of polydatin,and to provide reference for future clinical and scientific research.Methods The literature in this field from 1993 to 2022 included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was systematically searched,and the included data were visually analyzed by bibliometrics software.Based on the trend of publication,the distribution of subject topics,the distribution of institutions,the co-authorship of authors,the source of journals and the co-occurrence,clustering and burst of keywords,the network visualization map was drawn.Results A total of 1013 literatures were included,and the overall number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend.Among them,the discipline of traditional Chinese medicine accounted for the largest proportion,forming the core publishing institutions of colleges and universities such as Southern Medical University and the hot characteristic team with WANG Xing-yong,WANG Zhen-yue and ZHANG Yi as the core.In recent years,the keywords with high frequency and hot spots were apoptosis,oxidative stress,inflammation,cell proliferation,myocardial cells,atherosclerosis,NF-κB and so on.Conclusion Polydatin has a protective effect on multiple organs and tissues including heart,brain,kidney,liver and bone.It is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular,respiratory and digestive diseases in clinic.Exploring the multi-target and multi-channel treatment of polydatin based on cell biology,pharmacology and molecular biology is the future research trend.
