Analysis of the Impact of Health Human Resources Structure on the Service Efficiency of General Hospitals in China
Objective To analyze the degree of change in the structure of health human resources and the efficiency of health services in general hospitals in China,and to understand the impact of the allocation of health human resources on the efficiency of health services.Methods The structural change degree analysis method was used to analyze the structural change trend of health technicians in general hospitals,and the influencing factors of human structure on the efficiency of health services in general hospitals were analyzed based on DEA-Tobit method.Results From 2012 to 2021,the overall health personnel in China showed a growing trend,and the growth rate showed a decreasing trend year by year.The growth rate of different types of health technicians was different.The total amount of health manpower in general hospitals in China had been continuously improved,and the proportion of health personnel with bachelor's degree or above had shown positive changes.The proportion of health personnel with more than 10 years of work experience and intermediate titles had shown negative changes.Regression analysis showed that the human structure had a positive impact on the service efficiency of general hospitals.The higher the proportion of health technicians with bachelor's degree or above,working years more than 10 years,and intermediate professional titles,the higher the service efficiency of general hospitals.Conclusion The total amount of health manpower in general hospitals has been continuously improved,and there are problems in structural allocation,which in turn affects the efficiency of health services.It is necessary to further optimize the talent structure,cultivate high-level innovative talents,and promote the high-level development of health service efficiency.
