Observation of Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Diprophylline in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of diprophylline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Sixty patients with COPD admitted to Hukou County People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 patients)and observation group(30 patients)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was treated with diprophylline on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time(wheezing, cough, sputum),improvement of the disease[COPD assessment test(CAT),St.George's Hospital Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time(wheezing, cough, sputum)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of CAT and SGRQ in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of CAT and SGRQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diprophylline has a definite therapeutic effect in patients with COPD,which can improve its clinical efficacy, accelerate symptom relief, promote disease outcome, and has good drug safety.
