Objective To observe the application effect of situational micro-video nursing intervention in perioperative period of patients undergoing hepatobiliary laparotomy. Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent hepatobiliary laparotomy in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given situational micro-video nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The preoperative visit time, psychological state(anxiety,depression),self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative visit time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational micro-video nursing intervention can promote preoperative visits for patients undergoing hepatobiliary laparotomy, shorten preoperative visit time, improve self-care ability, improve anxiety and depression, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of application.
