Objective To study the nursing effect of conductive education in rehabilitation nursing intervention of children with cerebral palsy and its influence on motor function of children. Methods A total of 80 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Xingguo County Second Hospital of from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(40 children)and observation group(40 children)by random number table method. The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group was given conductive education on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation effect, language level(VerBAS score),motor function[Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88)score],development quotient[0-6 Years Old Neuropsychological Development Diagnosis Scale score,Gesell Infant Development Scale(Gesell)development quotient(DQ)]and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of VerBAS and GMFM-88 in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of VerBAS and GMFM-88 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of children's heart scale and DQ values in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of children's heart scale and DQ values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Conductive education has a definite effect in the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy, which can improve the rehabilitation effect, promote the language level, motor function and development quotient of children, and the feedback of parents'satisfaction is good.
