Selection and Treatment of Surgical Approach for Femoral Neck Fracture
In femoral neck fracture,due to the special anatomical structure and fragile blood supply of the femoral neck,it brings severe challenges to the treatment.If not treated properly,it is easy to cause avascular necrosis of the femoral head.There is still a lack of consensus on the various surgical treatment methods to better maintain the stability of the fracture site,reduce the blood supply injury of the femoral head and neck,reduce the failure of internal fixation and postoperative complications.This article reviews the characteristics of different surgical approaches for femoral neck fractures and the advantages,disadvantages and indications of different surgical treatments.
