Research Overview of Anti-hepatic Fibrosis Mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Method
Liver fibrosis is the key to the development of chronic liver disease into cirrhosis or primary liver cancer.Reducing or reversing liver fibrosis has become a research hotspot in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of regulating hepatic stellate cells,balancing extracellular matrix and inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition in anti-hepatic fibrosis.This paper reviews the understanding,etiology and pathogenesis of liver fibrosis in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the research progress of Yiqi Huoxue method in the treatment of liver fibrosis in recent years,in order to provide support and basis for clinical application and follow-up research.
