Application Effect of Remifentanil Combined with Propofol Intravenous Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective To study the application effect of remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by random number table method. The control group was anesthetized with remifentanil, and the observation group was combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia on the basis of the control group. The anesthesia effect, anesthesia index(spontaneous breathing recovery time, consciousness recovery time, recovery period sedation score),pain(VAS)score at different time points, stress response index[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous breathing recovery time and consciousness recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the sedation score in the recovery period was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group at 6,12 and 24 h after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After anesthesia,MAP and HR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of remifentanil combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is ideal, and it can reduce the adverse reactions of anesthesia, the stress response and the pain,as well as shorten the recovery index of anesthesia. It is a feasible anesthesia scheme and worthy of clinical application.
