Clinical Application Effect of Ropivacaine Hydrochloride Combined with Sufentanil Epidural Anesthesia in Painless Labor of Full-term Pregnant Women
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia in painless delivery of full-term pregnant women.Methods A total of 80 full-term pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 pregnant women in each group.The control group received natural delivery,and the observation group received ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil epidural anesthesia for painless delivery.The different labor time,pain(VAS)score,neonatal Apgar score,delivery coping(CCB)score,delivery mode and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second,third stage of labor and total labor time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score and maternal CCB score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the episiotomy rate and cesarean section rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil is effective in painless delivery of full-term pregnant women,which can promote the progress of labor,shorten the time of labor,reduce labor pain,improve the Apgar score of newborns,improve maternal coping psychology,reduce lateral episiotomy and cesarean section,and prevent adverse maternal and infant outcomes.It is a safe and effective painless delivery method.
