黄芪加血府逐瘀汤治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标的影响

摘要
目的 探讨黄芪加血府逐瘀汤在脑梗塞患者中的治疗效果及对血液流变学的影响.方法 选择2021年1月-2023年5月我院治疗的脑梗塞患者60例作为对象,采取随机数字表法分成对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30).对照组予以常规治疗,研究组给予黄芪加血府逐瘀汤治疗.比较两组神经功能、肢体功能、血清GDF-15、CXCL16水平、血液流变及预后情况.结果 治疗2周后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组血清GDF-15、CXCL-16水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组全血高切黏度水平、血粘稠度水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.67％,低于对照组的20.00％(P＜0.05).结论 黄芪加血府逐瘀汤在脑梗塞患者中的治疗效果良好,可有效改善患者神经功能、肢体功能,降低血清GDF-15、CXCL-16水平,改善血液流变,提高预后水平,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on hemorheology.Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.The neurological function,limb function,serum GDF-15,CXCL16 levels,hemorheology and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum GDF-15 and CXCL-16 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The whole blood high shear viscosity level and blood viscosity level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67％,which was lower than 20.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Huangqi and Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has a good therapeutic effect in patients with cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological function and limb function,reduce the levels of serum GDF-15 and CXCL-16,improve blood rheology and improve the prognosis level.It is worthy of clinical application.
