Monitoring Value of Dynamic Electrocardiogram in the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Atrial Fibrillation
Objective To study the monitoring value of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods A total of 78 patients with AF diagnosed in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were set as AF group, and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were set as healthy group. Both groups were given DCG monitoring. The DCG monitoring parameters[P-wave dispersion(Pd),P-wave maximum time limit(Pmax),P-wave minimum time limit(Pmin)]were compared between the two groups. The occurrence of long RR intervals during the day and night in the AF group was counted, and the DCG parameters and the occurrence of long RR intervals before and after treatment in the AF group were observed. Results The Pd and Pmax values of the AF group were higher than those of the healthy group, and the Pmin value was lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).In AF group, the Pd and Pmax values after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the Pmin value was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence and frequency of long RR interval at night in the AF group were higher than those in the daytime, and the average ventricular rate was lower than that in the daytime(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence and frequency of long RR interval in the AF group were higher than those before treatment, and the average ventricular rate was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion DCG has definite monitoring value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AF,and its ECG parameters can reflect the occurrence and treatment of the disease.
