Effect of Body Position Management Combined with Predictive Nursing on Healing and Prognosis of Patients with Ankle Fracture
Objective To study the effect of body position management combined with predictive nursing on healing and prognosis of patients with ankle fracture. Methods A total of 60 patients with ankle fracture diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given body position management combined with predictive nursing on the basis of the control group. The time of getting out of bed, fracture healing time, pain score, ankle joint(Baird)score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The time of getting out of bed and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Baird score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 13.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Body position management combined with predictive nursing has a good nursing effect in ankle fracture, which can shorten the healing time of fracture, reduce the pain of patients, promote the recovery of ankle joint and foot function, reduce the incidence of complications, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
