Effect of Targeted Nursing Combined with Low Frequency Pulse Biological Stimulator on Maternal Lactation Insufficiency
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing combined with low frequency pulse biological stimulator on maternal lactation insufficiency. Methods From November 2021 to October 2022,60 parturients with insufficient lactation in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 parturients in each group. The control group was given targeted nursing, and the observation group was given low-frequency pulse biological stimulator nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The breastfeeding rate, lactation volume,24 h breastfeeding times, breastfeeding knowledge level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lactation volume and 24 h breastfeeding times of the two groups after nursing were greater than those before nursing, and the observation group was greater than the control group(P<0.05).The level of breastfeeding knowledge after nursing in the two groups was higher than that before nursing, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with low-frequency pulse biological stimulator nursing intervention can improve breastfeeding rate, lactation volume and feeding frequency, improve maternal breastfeeding knowledge level, and improve nursing satisfaction.
