摘要
山茱萸作为重要的中药资源,其开发利用在自然研究领域中占据着重要地位.近年来,随着现代化工艺的不断进步,关于山茱萸理化性质的研究取得了较大突破.多项研究发现,山茱萸的化学成分主要为环烯醚萜、鞣质、糖甙等,其药理作用可体现在降血糖、抗炎、抗氧化、保护神经元及抗肿瘤等方面.为了进一步明确山茱萸的临床药用价值,本文对该药的化学成分及药理作用进行综述.
Abstract
As an important traditional Chinese medicine resource,the development and utilization of Cornus officinalis occupy an important position in the field of natural research.In recent years,with the continuous progress of modern technology,the research on the physical and chemical properties of Cornus officinalis has made great breakthroughs.A number of studies have found that the chemical constituents of Cornus officinalis are mainly iridoids,tannins,glycosides,etc.,and its pharmacological effects can be reflected in hypoglycemic,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,protection of neurons and anti-tumor.In order to further clarify the clinical medicinal value of Cornus officinalis,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the drug were reviewed in this paper.
