Visualization Analysis of Health Literacy in China from 2013 to 2023
Objective To systematically review the research on health literacy in China in the past 10 years,so as to fully reveal the research status,hot spots and future development direction of this research field,and provide reference for subsequent research.Methods The research literature on health literacy included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure from September 1,2013 to September 1,2023 was searched.CiteSpace and VOS viewer were used to visualize the number of publications,research institutions,keyword co-occurrence,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 7439 literatures were included,and the number of literatures published after 2021 showed a downward trend.LI Ying-hua and China Health Education Center were the most published authors and institutions,respectively.Health literacy,influencing factors,health knowledge,health communication,the elderly,healthy China,adolescents,and intervention were the hot words in this field,and 17 clusters and 55 burst words were obtained.Conclusion The core research team of health literacy has not yet been formed,but the research heat has shown a downward trend;postoperative,chronic diseases,dementia,stroke,caregivers,primipara,poverty alleviation area,knowledge penetration,health behavior,self-management,resilience,mediating effect and grounded theory are the research hotspots in this field.
