Bibliometric Analysis of Postoperative Complications of Humeral Hip Fracture Based on CNKI Database
Objective To clarify the research status and hotspots of postoperative complications of humeral hip fracture in China's CNKI database.Methods In the CNKI database,"postoperative complications of humerus and hip fractures"was used as the key word,and the time was set from 1992 to 2022.The relevant literature on postoperative complications of humerus and hip fractures was manually selected from the search results.Bibliometric analysis was performed on the publication year trend,quantity,subject,publishing institution,published journal and keyword word frequency.Results A total of 117 articles related to humeral fractures and postoperative complications,and 41 articles related to hip fractures and postoperative complications were retrieved.The number of publications in the field of postoperative complications of humeral and hip fractures increased linearly,but the growth rate was slow;the research direction of postoperative complications of humerus and hip fractures accounted for a large proportion in surgery and clinical medicine.The main journal of postoperative complications of humerus fractures was Medical & Pharmaceutical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army,while the main journal of postoperative complications of hip fractures was World Latest Medicine Information.The research institutions of postoperative complications of humeral and hip fractures were all provincial and municipal key hospitals and universities.In the literature on postoperative complications of humeral fractures found by keyword search,the"correlative factor analysis of complications in proximal humerus fractures treated with locking plates"published in the Chinese Journal of Bone and Joint Injury in 2012 had the highest number of citations,with a citation frequency of 48 times.In the literature on postoperative complications of hip fractures,the"quality of nursing care of patients with complications after hip fracture"published in the Chinese Journal of Medical Guide in 2020 had the highest number of citations,with a total of 28 citations.Conclusion From 1992 to 2022,the postoperative complications of humeral and hip fractures have gradually attracted attention,mainly in the key hospitals of various provinces and cities and local colleges and universities,and the research directions are mainly external science and clinical medicine.Treatment methods such as locking plate and intramedullary nail fixation are the hot spots in the study of postoperative complications of humeral fractures,and high-quality nursing is the hot spot in the study of postoperative complications of hip fractures.
