Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 65 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,frequency and duration of angina pectoris,cardiac function indexes[cardiac stroke volume(SV),cardiac index(CI),ejection fraction(EF)]and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75％,which was higher than 84.85％in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were less than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were less than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,SV,CI and EF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets can improve the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,improve cardiac function indexes,reduce the number of angina pectoris attacks,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,and do not increase clinical adverse reactions.The application safety is good.
