Effect of Dingkundan Combined with Diane-35 on Signs and Hormone Levels in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
Objective To study the effect of Dingkundan combined with Diane-35 on signs and hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 62 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Shangyou County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with single Diane-35,and the study group was treated with Dingkundan combined with Diane-35.The total effective rate,ovulation rate,reproductive hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2,T)and metabolic indexes(TC,TG,FPG,HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77％,which was higher than 74.19％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The ovulation rate of the study group was 96.77％,which was higher than 61.29％of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,FPG and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and T in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment,while the levels of FSH,LH and T in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combined with Diane-35 can improve the ovulation rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the metabolic index,and has a good therapeutic effect.
