Application Effect of Hospital Combined with Family Seamless Continuous Nursing After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
Objective To study the effect of hospital combined with family seamless continuous nursing on the recovery and prognosis of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods A total of 184 patients with coronary artery bypass grafting admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 92patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given hospital combined with family seamless continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)score,Heart Health Self-Efficacy and Self-Management(HH-SESM)Scale score and prognosis[readmission rate,incidence of major cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)]were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the ESCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The HH-SESM scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the HH-SESM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The readmission rate and the incidence of MACE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital combined with family seamless continuous nursing can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting,enhance their self-care ability and self-efficacy,and improve the quality of prognosis.
