Effect of Narrative Nursing Combined with Early Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Nursing on Maternal Lactation and Uterine Prolapse Prevention
Objective To study the effect of narrative nursing combined with early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing on maternal lactation and uterine prolapse risk. Methods From January 2020 to October 2022,60 parturients who delivered successfully in Yanshan County People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(30 parturients)and observation group(30 parturients)according to the random number table method. Both groups were given routine postpartum nursing. On this basis, the control group was given early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing, while the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing. The lactation and feeding conditions, pelvic floor muscle strength, postpartum fatigue scale(PFS)score,Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)score, postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the breastfeeding rate and MBFES score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PFS and EPDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum PFD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with early pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing can improve postpartum lactation and breastfeeding, improve pelvic floor muscle strength, relieve postpartum fatigue and depression, and has a good preventive effect on PFD problems such as uterine prolapse.
