Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator Combined with Safety Nursing on Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure
Objective To analyze the effect of non-invasive ventilator combined with safety nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡ respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 52 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with non-invasive ventilator, the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given safe nursing on the basis of the control group. The blood gas index, lung function index, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the two groups was lower than that before intervention, and the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)were higher than those before intervention, and the PaCO2 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and PaO2 and SaO2 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FEV ratio(FEV1%)in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.85%,which was lower than 11.54%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator combined with safety nursing has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure, which can improve patients'nursing satisfaction, improve lung function and blood gas index, and prevent complications. It is an effective nursing intervention mode and worthy of clinical application.
