摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是最具侵袭性的乳腺癌亚型,恶性程度高.由于缺乏有效的诊断和治疗,缺乏特异性靶点和靶向治疗,多药耐药等因素,目前可用的治疗方法在TNBC治疗中效果明显较差.与三阴性乳腺癌相关的基因常见BRCA1/2、TLR3、CDKN2A、IFNG、ACSS2、IRS2、ZNF33A等.本文对TNBC诊断、预后预测、治疗、耐药等相关靶点及TNBC的基因递送系统进行综述,以期为临床治疗及药物研发提供思路.
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is the most aggressive subtype of breast cancer with high malignancy.Due to the lack of effective diagnosis and treatment,lack of specific targets and targeted therapy,multidrug resistance and other factors,the current available treatment methods have a significantly poor effect in the treatment of TNBC.BRCA1/2,TLR3,CDKN2A,IFNG,ACSS2,IRS2,ZNF33A,etc.are common genes associated with triple-negative breast cancer.This article reviews the related targets of TNBC diagnosis,prognosis prediction,treatment,drug resistance and the gene delivery system of TNBC,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment and drug development.
