Research Status and Hotspot Analysis of Emergency Management of Infectious Diseases in Hospitals in China Based on CiteSpace
Objective To visually analyze the research status and hotspots of infectious disease emergency management in hospitals in China based on knowledge graph, and to provide a basis for infectious disease emergency research. Methods CiteSpace software was used to analyze the literature on emergency management of infectious diseases in hospitals in China from January 2003 to September 2023 in CNKI database. From the perspectives of number of publications, authors, research institutions, keywords, etc.,the knowledge map was drawn and the research context was sorted out. Results A total of 772 literatures were retrieved, and 728 literatures were included after screening. The number of published papers showed a trend of slight fluctuation, rapid rised and then gradual declined.WEI Li-rong,WU Guo-an and FANG Peng-qian were the top three authors in terms of the number of published papers, and there was no strong cooperative relationship among the research institutions.Infectious diseases, public health, hospitals, emergency response capacity and nursing management had higher frequency and higher centrality. The keyword cluster analysis obtained 24 clusters such as major epidemics, epidemic reports, hospital infections, hospitals, contaminated areas, hospital management, emergency response capabilities, evaluation indicators, emergency treatment, and health emergency response. The analysis of burst terms shows that the popular research topics in recent years were hospitals and infection. Conclusion The knowledge map visually shows that the research hotspots of emergency management of infectious diseases in hospitals in China in recent years cover hospitals, especially the emergency management and emergency response capabilities of general hospitals, which provides a reference direction for the emergency management practice of hospitals in the face of sudden infectious diseases in the future.
